Martoinne Williams

Martoinne, a native of Los Angeles, CA, is a passionate speaker and singer. He holds a degree in Communication from California Baptist University and has studied Vocal Performance at Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. Having encountered the performing arts at a young age, Martoinne found his place in the world and found his voice. As a a result of this discovery, Martoinne is an avid supporter of the performing arts especially for young children. He speaks regularly to thousands of youth and adults across the country He leads teams and teaches leadership and character building. Martoinne is so excited to be on the Board of INK Theater and can't wait to see what children everywhere continue to create.

Embér Ngur

Ember comes with a lifetime of lived experience in a family that cared for difficult to place children who had suffered complex trauma in Foster care. Although her degree is in international relations, her experience in her home and what she witnessed with what happened when caring people step in fueled her passion for vulnerable children and families. Ember has worked professionally for the past 7 years in LA as a foster cate advocate, rallying the communities to step into this space because every child matters.

 

Tracey Russell

Tracey recently launched her own business serving as a Trusted Advisor to leaders and a Transformational Executive Coach.  She was previously the COO for McCourt, an investment firm redefining value by integrating financial results and social impact.  Tracey further developed the company’s infrastructure providing innovation, operational efficiencies and value to McCourt’s operating companies and positioning the business for global expansion.  

Prior to her role at the ownership level, Tracey served as the CEO of McCourt subsidiary Conqur Endurance Group, creating world-class experiences that ignite passion in athletes and connect communities through the transformative power of sport.  Tracey spearheaded the city-wide effort to secure Los Angeles as the host of the successful 2016 U.S. Olympic Trials for the Men’s and Women’s Marathon.  Additionally, Tracey and her team delivered highly successful Los Angeles Marathon weekends, providing a world-class experience to over 25,000 runners annually and further solidifying the marathon as a must run global race.
